Grace's Inspirational Corner

We will begin looking at past devotions and reflecting on them tomorrow. Make sure you check back for Morning Devotions and Evening Reflections. These are some of the very first devotions I ever made. They were shared on Grace's inspirational Corner back in 2021. They are proof that God cares for his children. I encourage each of you to do the same look back at old prayer journals and see how far you've come. Praise him for what he brought you through.  Let's start off with a s hort prayer of gratitude.  Pray: Thank you Lord, for never forsaking us, for not forgetting us even when we make mistakes.  Lets praise God because he remembers. God doesn't have a memory problem he doesn't have a computer to upload and save all his creations to. Nothing is ever lost or misplaced with God. When I started Grace's Inspirational Corner I made several changes to it. It changed for the holidays and season it slowed to a stop durning busy times and then it started again full blast with several upadates for a few months and then again as you may have noticed it slowed back down to one image a day. Well I'd like to spend some time looking at how it got started. I restored my computers memory and found several of the very first Inspirational messages I ever made. I want to share them with you to encourage you and to see how far we've come. The Lord still speaks to us and he remembers every prayer we prayed. We should give him praise for keeping what's dear to our hearts safe. I thought I had lost those old devotions and even some other things I had saved but God brought them...

 

 

 

 Connecting the dots. Let's look at the traits associated with each person of the Trinity. The Father, Son, and Holy Spirit share the same divine nature; yet, each has a unique role and is manifested in a different way. God the Father is sovereign over all creation. Although He is not visible in a physical form, His presence is revealed through His actions, His creation, and His Word. Jesus Christ, the Son, is God revealed in human form. He displays the character of God in a way that people can relate to and understand. During His earthly life, He experienced many of the same challenges and temptations that humans face, yet He overcame those challenges and temptations through his foundation in the Father. He is our example. The Holy Spirit serves as our comforter. While the Holy Spirit is not a physical being, Scripture sometimes uses visible symbols, such as a dove at Jesus' baptism, to represent His presence and work.
